Nat Galloway is a British Army veteran, strength coach, and competitive powerlifter passionate about helping people achieve lasting success through smart training and sustainable habits. Over six years serving as a Rifleman, Nat instructed Combat Shooting and competed internationally, while also competing in rugby and boxing, building a strong athletic foundation.
Despite passing military fitness standards, Nat initially struggled to reach high-performance levels until a pivotal moment when a Physical Training Instructor (PTI) introduced him to strength training. Moving away from endless running and unhealthy weight cutting, he embraced barbell and CrossFit-style training. This transformation took him from the back of the pack to leading the British Army Warrior Fitness team, coaching unit PT sessions, and improving his 1.5-mile run time by over 90 seconds. Strength training served him well, and Nat is dedicated to guiding others to experience the same breakthroughs with proper coaching.
Since leaving the military, Nat has helped a diverse range of clients achieve their goals, including runners adding strength training to improve their times or recover from injuries; individuals competing in Hyrox events; those simply looking to lose weight and build confidence; Strongman competitors; rugby players aiming to elevate their game; and candidates preparing for selection with the RCMP, Canadian, British, and American military. His client-centered approach meets people where they are—whether beginners, veterans, or competitive athletes—and focuses on building sustainable habits that go beyond short-term fixes.
Nat offers in-person strength coaching at Foundations Chiropractic & Integrated Health in Ottawa, specializing in helping people overcome injuries that hold them back from daily life and long-term goals. As a competitive powerlifter, his heaviest personal bests include a 628 lb squat, 342 lb bench press, and 601 lb deadlift, totaling 1,565 lbs in wraps.

Nat spends quality time with his son and partner Emma, making the most of every chance to take his son on adventures and create lasting memories..
