Nat Galloway is a strength coach, nutrition coach and a homeschooling dad who has coached online and in person since 2019. He also coaches in person at Foundations Chiropractic & Integrated Health in Ottawa, helping clients lose weight, gain muscle, improve fitness, and train pain free with a plan they can actually maintain.
Nat’s background spans the British Army, performance based strength training, and competitive sport including rugby, boxing, and CrossFit style military events. He was selected for the British Army Combat Shooting Team and represented the United Kingdom in international service shooting competitions, where performance demanded composure, sharp decision making, and accuracy under fatigue. His drive to earn that role pushed him to get as fit as possible to represent his country, reinforcing his belief that fitness is a foundation for both physical performance and mental resilience.
As a coach, Nat works with beginners through to high performers, including parents who need training to fit real life, and those preparing for military or emergency services standards. Through his online coaching, he has coached national level powerlifting records, while keeping the process rooted in strong fundamentals, smart intensity, and long term consistency.
His current life matches the message: he trains six days a week while homeschooling his son, William, lifting together, taking him to jiu jitsu, and using parent Muay Thai classes as part of the routine. Nat helps clients find those same workarounds, whether their goal is fat loss, strength, confidence, or higher performance.
